About Me: A Letter From Beth
I didn’t just start Rosewood Woman. I was initiated into it by my own body.
Years ago, I found myself completely bedridden for eight months. My digestion shut down, I couldn’t eat, and I was paralyzed by panic attacks that left me wondering if I’d ever be whole again. At the time, I thought I was broken. But what I was really experiencing was the cost of building a life, and a business, according to someone else’s blueprint. I was trying to thrive in a structure designed for men, and my body simply said, “No more.”
Through that dark night, I realized that my biology wasn’t a problem to fix. It was a sacred map, a key to a different kind of success. As I healed, I dove deep into every resource I could find: from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to modern business strategy and somatic work. I began to see that women aren’t meant to hustle like men. We’re designed to create, to rest, to rise in cycles of bloom and restoration.
That realization changed everything. I stopped trying to force my work into rigid systems and instead began building businesses that felt like sanctuaries—where my body, my nervous system, and my feminine design weren’t just considered but revered.
Rosewood Woman was born from that reclamation. It’s not a typical program or coaching container.
It’s a movement.
A call to restore the sacredness of our biology, our leadership, and our way of creating impact. It’s where a woman’s biology, creativity, and sovereignty come together in harmony, where she learns to build her life’s work without sacrificing her health or her joy.
I created this because I know what it feels like to hold a vision and feel scattered trying to bring it to life. To pour yourself into strategies that never land because they weren’t made for how you’re built. I know the power of returning to your natural design, of letting your body lead the way and I know what it means to finally feel safe, strong, and soft all at once.
My work is not just about business. It’s about remembering that your body is the blueprint, your desires are the compass, and your life can be designed to regenerate you, not drain you. It’s about giving women the support I longed for when I was lost - so they can create legacies that feel as nourishing as they are successful.
This is the heart of Rosewood Woman: a movement for the woman who knows there is a different way, and who is ready to build it. Rooted in rhythm, reverence, and the radiant power of her design.

I’m Glad You’re Here
Hi, I’m Beth—a mentor, coach, and guide for women who are ready to thrive in life and business without sacrificing their health, femininity, or well-being. Through my work, I help women reconnect with their bodies, honor their amazing female biology, and create a life that feels nourishing, aligned, and deeply personal.
Whether that’s crafting a business that is structured around your cyclical body and your femininity, helping you restore trust in your body through somatic coaching, or re-member the blueprint of your design through cycle syncing education. There’s something here for you.
“Beth, What Exactly Do You Do?”
It’s a question I get often, even from my clients. Many of them say, “I want to share about the work we’ve done, but sometimes I don’t know how to describe it to other people.”
And I love hearing that. Why? Because it means the shifts we create together are so deep and sacred that they defy simple explanation.
My work is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s deeply personal and honors your unique design, desires, and dreams. Together, we co-create a customized container where nothing is left out—your body, your being, and your business (not as separate parts of you, but as integrated expressions of your mission).
What Sets My Approach Apart?
I weave together a range of tools and modalities to support your journey, including:
The SEMBU Model of Psychosomatic Coaching (Somatic, Emotional, Mental, Behavioral, and Unconscious)
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
UCI & ICU Mastery Method Certified Coaching
Female Biology and Feminine Energetics
Ayurveda
I also draw from principles in Traditional Chinese Medicine, German New Medicine, anthropology, and countless other disciplines.
Each program is a container designed specifically for you, blending the wisdom of modern science with ancient, genetic knowing encoded in your very being.
The Method Is YOU
At Rosewood Woman, I guide you to:
Wake up to the ancient wisdom and power within you.
Re-member and integrate the parts of yourself you’ve forgotten or banished along the way.
Create a life and business that align with your unique design.
This isn’t about following someone else’s formula for success. Instead, we tap into the truth of who you are to create shifts that are as unique and profound as you.
This is what Rosewood Woman is all about.

What You Can Expect
Every coaching experience blends practical tools with deep embodiment work. While the transformation is tailored to your needs, here are a few examples of what our work might include:
In Life: Releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your body, and cultivating a sense of safety and trust within yourself.
In Relationships: Restoring right relationship with the feminine and masculine, building harmony with your partner, and exploring polarity dynamics.
In Business: Crafting strategies and systems that honor your female biology, unique vision, and cyclical rhythms while restoring balance and ease.
My coaching programs are designed to help you move through business and life in your female design and feminine strength.
At Rosewood Woman, we honor the ancient and the modern, the tangible and the intangible. Whether it’s through somatic coaching, cycle syncing, or feminine business strategy, my mission is to help you thrive—not by doing more, but by coming home to yourself.
This work is about so much more than “hacking” your cycle or achieving balance. It’s about reconnecting with the essence of who you are, creating a life that nourishes you, and stepping into the power and beauty inherent to your design.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
My heart for you is to be strong and soft, bold and tender. Self-resourced while also connected to the support of your tribe. To create and produce and then take time for restoration.
I hope you'll join me on this journey,
