Hi, I’m Beth Wood.
I’m a business coach and somatic guide for women who want to build businesses that honor their biology and natural rhythms. My work is rooted in a deep respect for feminine design—woven with modern business structures that actually support your body and your vision.
I live in Montana, surrounded by the forest, the lake, and the natural cycles of life. When I’m not working, I’m in the garden, by the fire, or reading a good book—restoring myself so I can show up in my business with true presence.
