Academy is an online course organized into four phases. Each one builds on the last, taking you from feeling overwhelmed or uncertain to having a business that's clear, sustainable, and ready to be shared. Alongside the course, you have the option to attend live group calls monthly for additional support and community. You can also add Voxer coaching for hands-on business guidance throughout the week as you move through the material.
Phase 1: Reorientation
Learn why business has felt so hard and discover a gentler way forward. Explore your capacity, energy, support systems, and feminine biology so you can build from a place of sustainability instead of survival.
Phase 2: Who You Help, What You Solve & How You Serve
Gain clarity around the people you're called to serve, the problem you solve, and how to create an offer that's both meaningful and practical.
Phase 3: Creation
Learn how to share your work without burning out. We'll simplify marketing, reframe sales as service, and help you begin showing up with confidence.
Phase 4: Getting In The Arena
Pull everything together with a simple action plan so you can take your next steps with clarity instead of waiting for the "perfect" time.

A Little About Me
But what I’ve learned -and what I now know deep in my bones- is that the problem was never my commitment or capacity.
It was that I was building in a way that didn’t honor how I’m made. It didn’t honor me as a woman, a wife, a mom…I was burning the candle at both ends with a flame thrower… and then mad when I inevitably “burnt out”.
Once I began rebuilding my business from the inside out -with my body, my cycles, and my real life at the center- everything changed.
Not instantly. But steadily. Sustainably. In a way that let me show up as the mom I wanted to be, the wife I wanted to be, and ALSO the business woman.
This program was born from that shift.
Because I believe you get to build a business that fits you…not one that constantly asks you to override yourself to succeed.
