The Health, Wealth, Love Exercise is designed to retrain your subconscious mind to focus on what’s possible instead of limitations. It trains your brain to notice possibilities instead of problems. This will become part of your weekly practice."


Why This Works:

  1. Your Reticular Activating System (RAS), a bundle of nerves in the brainstem, acts as a filter for the massive amount of information your brain receives every second. It prioritizes what you’ve told it to focus on—often unconsciously. When you consistently visualize a desired future, your RAS begins filtering the world through that lens, heightening your awareness of opportunities, resources, and connections that align with your vision.

  2. Your subconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between real experiences and vividly imagined ones. When you engage all your senses during visualization, your brain responds as if it's already happening—activating similar neural pathways as it would in reality. This repetition helps rewire beliefs, shift identity, and build internal safety around your desired outcomes.

  3. When you visualize your future vividly, your subconscious assumes it’s already happening and starts looking for ways to match your physical life to your imagined reality. Practicing this weekly makes your vision feel safe and possible.
